団体でのご鑑賞希望のお客様は『団体利用申込書』をご記入の上、FAXにてお申し込みください。
FAXのご利用が難しいお客様は、CONTACT USよりお問い合わせください。
メールにて対応致します。
申込内容を確認後、受け入れ可否も含め当館からご案内メールをお送りします。
