FAQ

  • You may take notes using a pencil, but you are not allowed to use ballpoint pens, fountain pens, or mechanical pencils as they may smudge the artwork.
    If you would like to borrow pencils, please ask a staff member at the entrance to the exhibition room or inside the exhibition room.

  • There is no age limit.
    Please make sure that children enjoy the exhibits safely by having parents hold their hands to prevent them from bumping into the artwork or glass.

  • Please make sure that your name (in English), email address, credit card number, and security code are written in half-width characters. Please also make sure that you have not missed any check items.
    If you are unable to make a reservation for any other reason, please contact us with the date and time of your visit and the number of people in your group.

  • There are no guided tours, but audio guide services are available in multiple languages.

  • Yes, we can assist you in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean.

  • No. Customers will be responsible for communication charges when using the audio guide, etc.

  • There is no waiting room, so please arrive at your scheduled time.

  • Wheelchairs and strollers are not available for loan. If you require wheelchairs or strollers, please bring them with you.

  • There is one on the second floor of our building.

  • There are no diaper changing stations or nursing rooms.

  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises and building.

  • There are 100 yen coin lockers with returnable coins. Baggage that does not fit in the lockers can be kept at the reception desk.

  • There is no shop, but goods are sold at the reception desk.

  • There are no vending machines.

  • In case of rain, we have umbrellas available for rental in the outdoor area.
    To protect the artworks, please refrain from bringing your own umbrellas.
